We hosted our son’s UVM graduation dinner at Bramble and had a wonderful experience! Delicious food, generous portions, relaxed vibe and amazing service. Huge thank you to Shawn, Zach, and everyone behind the scenes who helped make this such a memorable evening. And a special thank you to our server- I am sorry I can’t remember her name!- who took such special care of us. One of our all time favorite celebration dinners!!

Absolutely blown away by this place. My friends loved their cocktails (painkiller and garden gnome) I loved my mocktail (Tommy Jr), best biscuits I’ve ever eaten and I’m from the south. The risotto was incredible. The service was lovely. The vibes were bright and beautiful. Will be back for more.

The roasted veggies, better than I even expected. The answer is YES to the answer cocktail. That carrot cake, is carrot crack. The plates are beautiful, ask the staff the story behind them. “What’s this green stuff?” Their herb oil they infuse with their own grown herbs. Turns out to be the best thing we ever tasted. Ordered extra focaccia to dunk. The turkey meatballs were divine and the gravy was worth asking for a to-go container, the pizza with hot honey, the draft list!! Eating here was a true experience, they treat you like family and the service was delightful!

We ate here for a mother's day brunch. We had reservations so we were seated immediately. The service was fantastic, the staff was very attentive and polite. The food was really good as well. We sat on their heated patio. It was a little expensive, for 5 people with tip we spent around $300 but we ordered anything we wanted, the average entree was around $20-25 from what I saw but it was worth it. Everything was above normal, even a soda wasn't the big commercial brands, it was served in a glass bottle, made with cane sugar from a company I didn't recognize. And they source many of their ingredients locally. In my opinion it was worth every penny.

The key here we found is the food is seasonal as it is from fresh suppliers in the area. What you see in line will not necessarily be on the menu that day. We chose to share items which turned out perfectly as even the salad was enough for 3 people. If available, Try the caramelized onion pizza: it truly tastes like French onion soup!

The staff was nice and so was the atmosphere. However, I was extremely disappointed in the oysters (very sad accoutrements) and lack of protein options. I was told if I wanted to add fish to a $14 salad, I would have to pay the total price of their $34 trout dinner… what?! Also, a $30 risotto with NO protein?! I was pumped to go here for the first time, but honestly was kind of just disappointed. Just keep in mind - if you’re vegetarian/pescatarian, you will have VERY few options here.

Bramble is an absolute gem! The food was incredible, and everything we tried exceeded expectations. The lobster bisque was rich and flavorful, the short ribs were tender and clearly a labor of love, and the homemade pasta dish perfectly captured the essence of Vermont. Every bite was a delight! The atmosphere and service were just as exceptional, making this a spot we can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommend!

The food is the best quality food you can possibly have. It’s always a variety and it’s local and you can be guaranteed it doesn’t have any GMO or pesticides. The chef she is phenomenal. It’s family owned so they care about the families that come in there. the bartender he is the best and can create any type of cocktail you want. The atmosphere is so social and so familiar you wanna bring your kids, but you also wanna go on a date night they will make you feel special. We’ve come from California, Philadelphia, and Florida and every time we come back even close by we’ll go there.
